This is one version of the the alien head that I'm doing for an assignment for Don Seegmiller's summer digital painting class. It's a very fun class. 

I hope to see this alien in a bar somewhere in the universe.

Always in motion is the future

Now that Lucasfilm has been purchased by the Walt Disney Company, new Star Wars movies will probably continue well into the future. I'm hoping they turn out to be entertaining.

I thought it would be fun to see what a one sheet poster might look like for the new movie with the orignal cast at their current ages. So I put this epic poster together using current images of the cast.

 I read somewhere that the story for the new movie will focus on Luke Skywalker being the "Obi-wan" type character passing his knowledge to a new female protagonist. I think it sounds like an interesting story.

Now that this is posted I'll want to come back and look how off I was compared to the actual poster. It should be fun.
